We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Creating an Account
While you can place orders as a guest, creating an account provides additional benefits including order history, saved addresses, and faster checkout. When creating an account, you must:

4. Ordering Process
4.1 Placing Orders

- Specific delivery instructions if applicable

4.2 Order Confirmation
Once you submit an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation indicates that we have received your order and are processing it. The order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or product description errors
- Delivery address outside our service area
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Previous payment issues with your account
4.3 Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order is placed and confirmed, modifications may not be possible. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at +377606044461. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes once food preparation has begun.
Cancellations may be accepted if:
- The order has not yet been prepared
- The request is made within 5 minutes of order placement
- The delivery driver has not yet been dispatched
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Delivery fees based on distance

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are approximate only. We aim to deliver within 30-45 minutes during normal operating hours. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods, adverse weather conditions, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from delivery delays.
6.3 Delivery Requirements
For successful delivery, you must:
- Provide a complete and accurate delivery address
- Be available to receive the delivery
- Provide access to the delivery location
- Have payment ready (for cash orders)
- Provide a contact number where you can be reached
If you are not available at the delivery address after reasonable attempts to contact you, we may cancel the order and charge a cancellation fee. No refund will be provided in such cases.
6.4 Safe Delivery
Our delivery personnel will deliver to your door or specified location. For safety reasons, we may leave orders at the door if requested or if contact-free delivery is selected. Once the order is delivered and left at your specified location, responsibility for the order transfers to you.
